1. General Policy

  • All payments made to OMSVISION SOLUTIONS LLP (ElitesEcom) are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a service, subscription, or product has been purchased, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Clients are encouraged to review service details and consult with our team before making payments.

2. PhonePe & Air pay Payments

  • For payments processed through PhonePe, please note that we do not provide any refunds.
  • In case of failed or declined transactions, customers should raise the issue directly with PhonePe as per their policies.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally.
  • Payment successfully deducted but service not activated due to a technical error at our end (excluding issues arising from payment gateway or client-side errors).

For such rare cases, a written request must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the transaction by emailing us at harmit.vaghasiya@elitesecom.ai.
